colourQ challenge #68...
Around the first of the year, like EVERY new year, people start fretting over their 'resolutions'. I have to say, I might fret over them myself if I thought I could KEEP them - lol! Anywho - something I ran across were these plates that give you visual cues regarding portion size... Slimware! Apparently even a few stars including Jenny Garth and Faith Hill are eating off these plates.... if it works for them, maybe I should eat everything off these plates ~ heehee!

I loved this challenge and the gorgeous cards from the team - when I saw Sylvia's beautiful card I had already started mine and thought I shouldn't post, because how could I possibly compare to that, but I went ahead anyway! Thanks for a great challenge!
