colourQ challenge #317 ~ Winner Crowned...

Hello! Happy Tuesday!!! I can't believe it's almost Christmas! Are you running around like a french hen with her head chopped off like I am?!? Well, thank you all so much for taking the time to play with us!

Please help me give a HUGE CONGRATS to the newest colourQ colourQueen!!! This card is so gorgeous!!! Love all the sweet details, too - the popped up bow & the stitched and scalloped edging is delightful!
