Hello and HAPPY TUESDAY! Only 4 more weeks of school - I can't wait! I thought the fall was busy - spring is practically hopping! Thank you all so much for joining us last week!

Our inspiration today is this sweet Birds on Green Jewelry Box from UncommonGoods. It is so neat!

I am sad to say that this is Silke's last week with us! She's got her hands full these days, (and I'm sure we can all sympathize with trying to keep up with life's demands) and is stepping down for a while. Hopefully she'll be able to come back to the Royal Court in the future... she is just the sweetest, most talented lady! 

I thank you Silke, so much, for your marvelously inspiring work here! Like this beauty...

colourQ challenge #25...

Yes - this is week 25!!! Almost half a year of challenges... how crazy is that? Next week WILL be half a year, so I'll be celebrating in a BIG way. Lots of new things will be happening here at the colourQ next week, so you DON'T want to miss it! Today's inspiration resulted from my 'googling' egg dyeing. Sorry I can't remember where I found it!

colourQ challenge #15...

Okay Miss Spring... we're waiting! While I love the rich earthy tones of fall, and the awesomely cheery colors of Christmas, I'm definitely ready for something new! Temperatures in the deep South have been in the teens this past week, so who can blame me ~ who wouldn't love to have spring sprung already?!? I saw this cute purse, although I'm NOT a purse person (I think I've been using the same one for 2 years now - lol!) and fell in love with the colors! Here's my attempt... I wish the yellow flowers (yes, there are 2 on either side of the orange one!) had come out more! (see blog for more info)

And here are two GORGEOUS cards by our illustrious guest designers this week, JuLiE & RiLeY!!! Man, they really put my card to shame... don't they?!? Please go leave them some love on their blogs... and see all of their gorgeous creations while you're at it! Just click on their names or cards below & you're on your way!
