colourQ challenge #67...

Oh, do we have some good stuff for you today!!! But first let me thank everyone again for the gorgeous entries last week ~ they were incredible! This week's colors are in honor of my sweet Maisie Grace, her first birthday is on Friday! I can't believe it! I managed to have her in between 2 colourQ posts & didn't miss a beat - lol! What a crazy year it's been!

Yes, back to the colors... I was window shopping on Etsy and ran across this super cute birthday outfit - Birthday Tweetie Bloomers from BellaClaireBaby and darling tutu from Hannah's Tutus (which is now sold, but not to me!).

Here's my sample for you...

I am very pleased to announce that in my utter inability to choose amongst the amazing scrap entries, I decided to take them ALL! WOOHOO!!! As you know, digi scrapping has become very dear to me and I really wanted to show that these color combos can transcend the "arts", you don't have to do a card, even though I know they are usually the quickest and easiest! Sorta like Rachel's project last week, that cute carrier!

Anywho, our scrap team is actually two teams. Each team will be working on 2 layouts per month, alternating weeks, since those take a little more time! They were contacted over the weekend and told they didn't have to start until next week, but two of them couldn't wait to strut their stuff - LOL! I hope you'll welcome all the new members of the Royal Court, their pictures are above with links to their sites!

colourQ challenge #66 ~ Winners Crowned...

Whoa - it's so wierd. Something has happened... 72 entries last week? PHENOMINAL!!! And the really amazing part was THEY WERE ALL GORGEOUS! Thank you ALL so much for joining us, we love seeing all the creativity... like I've said before ~ I learn SO MUCH each week from you!

Today is special - we have 2 colourQueens! I'm usually the one to break a tie each week, and every once in a while I just flat out refuse - lol! This was one of those weeks! Please help me congratulate our TWO colourQueens this week for their outstanding work...

HAPPY HAPPY TUESDAY!!! We really enjoyed drooling over last week's entries, thank you all again so much for playing! I went shopping at Target to find this week's inspiration, DwellStudio® for Target® Plum Blossom Bedding Collection in Aqua.... I LOVE IT! The colors, the flowers, the polka dots.... I'd buy it if I didn't have to repaint my bedroom!
