colourQ challenge #64...

We're in the home-stretch folks!!! I start anticipating Christmas in the fall each year, and initially the time goes slowly.... but once Thanksgiving is over it seems that Christmas is the next weekend! I hate the shopping, but love the time with family, baking cookies, stringing lights, singing Christmas carols, playing secret Santa, all the church activities... that's the part of Christmas that I wish would never end. The part that should last all year long - the SPIRIT of Christmas!

We have some pretty colors for you today, inspired by this holiday decor idea using ribbon from Better Homes and Gardens online. If you're like me, you have ribbon coming out your nose most of the time, so go over and see what else you could be doing with ribbon!

colourQ challenge #63...

Woohoo - we're getting closer!!! I'm late this morning because Alex had his first ever Christmas Pageant - that's right! My baby was the only kiddo up there with a pacifier in his mouth!!! But the good news is he sat still, didn't harm anyone or himself (lol) or make a spectacle of himself in any other way shape or form! That's amazing for an active 2 1/2 year old!

We have some fantastic colors for you today, inspired by these super cutesie 'Comfort & Joy' cocktail napkins from World Market!

I seem to be on a tag making tear these days, which is awesome since I can use up the hoards of scrap papers that I so carefully pack~rat away... so here's another one:
