colourQ challenge #67...

Oh, do we have some good stuff for you today!!! But first let me thank everyone again for the gorgeous entries last week ~ they were incredible! This week's colors are in honor of my sweet Maisie Grace, her first birthday is on Friday! I can't believe it! I managed to have her in between 2 colourQ posts & didn't miss a beat - lol! What a crazy year it's been!

Yes, back to the colors... I was window shopping on Etsy and ran across this super cute birthday outfit - Birthday Tweetie Bloomers from BellaClaireBaby and darling tutu from Hannah's Tutus (which is now sold, but not to me!).

Here's my sample for you...

I am very pleased to announce that in my utter inability to choose amongst the amazing scrap entries, I decided to take them ALL! WOOHOO!!! As you know, digi scrapping has become very dear to me and I really wanted to show that these color combos can transcend the "arts", you don't have to do a card, even though I know they are usually the quickest and easiest! Sorta like Rachel's project last week, that cute carrier!

Anywho, our scrap team is actually two teams. Each team will be working on 2 layouts per month, alternating weeks, since those take a little more time! They were contacted over the weekend and told they didn't have to start until next week, but two of them couldn't wait to strut their stuff - LOL! I hope you'll welcome all the new members of the Royal Court, their pictures are above with links to their sites!

Happy Tuesday!!! We have gorgeous fall colors for you today inspired by this cute coin purse from JPATpurses on etsy! I just LOVE these colors together!

Today is also sad, too! My sweet friend LeAnne, as you may know, became a grandmother recently and cares for her grandbaby each day. LeAnne has decided to take a little break or 'sabbatical' for now. We hope for a speedy return. [Especially if everyone will go visit her everyday and tell her how much we miss her... hint, hint!]

Here's my take... I accidently used Bermuda Bay... OOPS! Since I did it, I suppose you can too!

colourQ challenge #17...

Good morning! Last week was a super big week with 35 entries - let's see if we can't top it!!! Today's inspiration reminded me of Valentine's day in some crazy way... it's a glass pendant from 'designspirit' on Etsy! It's so cool! The colors may seem a bit obtuse, but you know what - that's what makes a good challenge so take the plunge!

HAPPY TUESDAY!!! Okay, this is the last of the fall colors! But I couldn't resist... I loved these so much! The inspiration is from a pillow I found on Etsy, from Quilt Finger's shop... I'm tempted to buy it! I wish my house was decorated using these colors - lol! I know that Kiwi Kiss is retired here in the US, but hopefully you have some tucked away somewhere. If not~ feel free to substitute Old Olive!

We're giving Autumn a warm welcome with this week's colourQ challenge #4! I was thrilled to see EIGHT entries last week... and they were all so awesome! Isn't it great to see everyone's take & gather great ideas?!? I LOVE IT!
