colourQ challenge #60...

Good morning and HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Hope you get all the good stuff on Thursday... like turkey, dressing (it's a Southern thing), sweet potato casserole, deviled eggs....YUMMMM!

Running behind this morning, Maisie and I spent most the morning in the doctor's office waiting to find out what I already knew... her cold is turning into an ear infection - poor baby! Our inspiration today comes from this delightful pair of mittens... found on a list of "10 Frugal and Homemade Gift Ideas" on squawkfox.com. I just want to BUY them - I cannot knit!

One sad bit of news... our very dear Kari has stepped down and I'm just so sad to see her and her fabulous work go! Kari, you're just the sweetest gal ever and I hold you in the highest regards. I wish you all the success you deserve and should you ever want to come back, you just let me know!

Happy Tuesday!!! We have gorgeous fall colors for you today inspired by this cute coin purse from JPATpurses on etsy! I just LOVE these colors together!

Today is also sad, too! My sweet friend LeAnne, as you may know, became a grandmother recently and cares for her grandbaby each day. LeAnne has decided to take a little break or 'sabbatical' for now. We hope for a speedy return. [Especially if everyone will go visit her everyday and tell her how much we miss her... hint, hint!]

Here's my take... I accidently used Bermuda Bay... OOPS! Since I did it, I suppose you can too!

colourQ challenge #6...

I'm a little late posting this week's challenge, as Tropical Storm Ida pushes through, giving us lots of rain~ she's also given me internet connection woes! The inspiration this week is from Urban Outfitters, and it's the Sunshine Medallion Duvet Cover... aren't the colors brilliant?
