Good morning! Sorry I'm running late today, little Alex has been in swim lessons and was jumping off the diving board this morning - so I couldn't miss it! 

Father's Day is this Sunday, and I thought it would be fun to use this cool Key Lime Tie from GentlemanJoe.com. I love the palette!

How fun is today's inspiration? This awesome "MeowCoo Clock" really cracks me up! I found it at ToysRUs.com. I think these colors are just so luscious! Welcome to the colourQ Challenge number 39 - can you believe it's been 39 weeks? That's so crazy! Since it's the week of the 4th, I thought it would be appropriate to play with red & blue this week, and as usual - not just ANY red & blue would do! I found this super cute pin cushion over at Etsy in warmnfuzzies' shop, it's SO ADORABLE!!!

So here is my take...

I have the pleasure of introducing a new DT member this morning as well! Sylvia has been chosen colourQueen a couple times here, and her work is not only SUPERB, but also extremely creative. I first encountered her on another challenge and was in awe over the card she'd made! So here's Sylvia first challenge with us - I'm SO HAPPY she's a part of the Royal Court...

I'm a little late posting this week's challenge, as Tropical Storm Ida pushes through, giving us lots of rain~ she's also given me internet connection woes! The inspiration this week is from Urban Outfitters, and it's the Sunshine Medallion Duvet Cover... aren't the colors brilliant?

I have to say I've been having a lot of fun with this challenge blog, I hope you have to! So many talented people popping in to share their creativity ~ it's amazing! Below is my take on the challenge, you can read more about it by clicking to image & visiting my blog...
