colourQ challenge #89...

It's another colourQ Tuesday - YAY!!! Let me start by saying last week's entries (again) were ridiculously AWESOME!!! It's so exciting to see ladies that were 'timidly' playing every once in a while, really stepping up their game week after week now! And can you believe we're almost at 100 posts? Only 11 more to go!

This coming weekend is Father's Day in the US... so I thought it appropriate to get dad a swell tie, and bring out some guy colors! Of course you don't HAVE to make a guy card, it's up to you! My inspiration this week came from my "(browser) window shopping" at Saks and finding this Ermengildo Zegna Striped Silk Tie... a bargain at $185 - LOL! (that'd pay a couple small bills for me!) I loved the colors, though!

HAPPY COLOURQ TUESDAY! We have some SUPER SWELL colors for you this week! I really hope you'll play along with us! Today's color palette is inspired by some very cute~sy dishes, Flora & Fauna Melamine Plates over at Uncommon Goods! Who wouldn't want a tasty snack off these babies?!? My dear friend, neighbor and colourQ DT member Tanja moved back to Germany this past weekend, and until the ship containing her things arrives, she's gonna be off the radar! I can't wait til she gets back to stamping! I miss you already Tanja!

Once you visit her blog, Jeannie's Happy World, you'll see that Jeannie has always considered herself a queen, lol! She's a sweet gal, and since her family is about to move to Italy, I wanted to give her a chance to be featured here before her adventures abroad begin! I'm a little late posting this week's challenge, as Tropical Storm Ida pushes through, giving us lots of rain~ she's also given me internet connection woes! The inspiration this week is from Urban Outfitters, and it's the Sunshine Medallion Duvet Cover... aren't the colors brilliant?

Here's a cool flower pot from Novica. com for this week's inspiration! I love Novica, they have cool handmade goods from all over the world, and every year I find great Christmas presents that are a little out of the norm.
