colourQ challenge #147...

Good morning! Thank you all so much for your gorgeous entries last week - they ROCK! Running a bit late this morning, so the winners will be up shortly. You might have seen on my blog, my hubby tore his calf muscle last week, so he's been couch-ridden. Getting EVERYTHING done is hard work! Sorry I'm running so behind! 

We have some sad news today - this is Suzanne's last post! She's been making gorgeous cards here at the "Q" for a year and a half now ~ whew, where does the time go? She is so talented and so sweet, I am really going to miss her! Please stop by her blog and wish her well!

We also have some happy news, too~ Tracey McNeely is starting today and debuting her first card as a Royal Court member. She has been a faithful participant for ages! She is also amazingly talented and a very sweet soul, and I am so thrilled to have her! Please stop by and welcome her to the team!

Our colors today were inspired by this Klippan Retro Fish Tea Towel over at Huset. These colors just screamed "pick me, pick me!!!" So I did.

Good morning and Happy Tuesday!!! We had a beautiful group of entries last week, be sure to go see the newest colourQueen and Courtiers! Our colors today were inspired by this gorgeous quilt on Etsy. Unfortunately I lost my hard drive last week & among the files I lost was my file on inspiration URLs. However, there are a couple others here and here that use the same colors! I think they're brilliant!

colourQ challenge #82...

Happy Tuesday! We have another "interesting" set of colors for you today... I'm sure your brow furrowed a little when you saw it, BUT BE BRAVE!!! You CAN do it! Wait til you see the Royal Court's gorgeous samples, you will definitely be inspired!

Our colors today came from this super cool Ringo Green placemat from Crate and Barrel! I sure wish my dining room matched this color scheme... who am I kidding - I don't actually HAVE a dining room! On the rare occasion I clean up my crafting mess, my husband always exclaims "Wow, I forgot we had a table in there!". And I answer "Duh, what do you think all this stuff is sitting on?!?" Back to the colors... don't be scared! Try them, you might like them!
